Project Diligence
At A5 Consultoria, project diligence ensures that equipment, components, and structures are manufactured, inspected, tested, and delivered in compliance with predefined technical requirements, deadlines, drawings, specifications, and quality criteria.
In sectors such as mining, recycling, and industrial processing, traceability, reliability of equipment, parts, suppliers, and manufacturing quality are essential for safety, productivity, and operational performance. Therefore, we monitor every critical stage of the supply chain, preventing rework, reducing technical risks, and ensuring schedule compliance.
Our services include:
- Supplier auditing and qualification: technical visits to assess facilities, production capacity, manufacturing equipment, qualified workforce, manufacturing processes, quality systems, traceability, logistics, history, and references.
- Fabrication and Inspection Plans: preparation and verification of fabrication, inspection, and test plans (ITP/PIT), as well as quality control procedures and technical documentation, prior to production start.
- Fabrication, assembly, and receiving inspection: visual and dimensional checks, material verification, and conformity analysis against drawings, proposals, manuals, and specifications.
- Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT): development of inspection and test criteria, along with test monitoring for equipment validation before shipment or installation.
- Project management and coordination: planning and alignment of scope, deadlines, and resources, integrating all involved suppliers.
- Risk assessment and mitigation: identification and management of technical and contractual risks throughout the supply process.
- Continuous supplier monitoring: ongoing evaluation of quality, punctuality, and compliance during execution.
- Documentation organization for databook: consolidation of technical records, reports, and required certificates.
