We work in segments such as:
- Conceptual studies: development of plant layout, process flowcharts, simulations, mass balances, CAPEX/OPEX, and design criteria. These elements allow us to technically and economically represent the operation, evaluate processing alternatives, estimate capacities, identify bottlenecks, and support decisions related to operational performance and technical feasibility.
- Technology selection and integration: selection, pre-sizing, and integration of technologies and equipment, considering parameters such as capacity, particle size, moisture, mass distribution, separation efficiency, operational reliability, ease of maintenance, and compatibility with existing or projected plants.
- Sensor-based Sorting: the technology uses sensors such as X-ray, color, laser, and others, allowing the equipment to distinguish particles based on properties such as density, atomic density, color, conductivity, and magnetism. With extensive experience in this technology, we carry out integration studies in beneficiation plants, commissioning support, and maintenance services. Our applications focus primarily on the mining sector (ore sorting for mineral pre-concentration) and metal and plastic recycling.
- Existing process optimization: diagnosis of existing plants, comparing expected versus actual performance and evaluating operational parameters. We identify improvement opportunities using available resources or through new investments, thereby increasing efficiency, reliability, and operational performance.
